Q: Do we need to know the exact location before booking?
A: No. Start time, end time and location details can be updated up to 14 days prior to the event date. As long as the location is within my service area (30 mile radius from Cleveland, OH) then there will be no charge for travel. If the location happens to be outside of our service area then there might be a very small per mile travel charge.
Q: What if I don’t know the start and end times when I book?
A: No problem. I understand you may not know the exact start and end times when you book months in advance. Start time, end time and location details can be updated up to 14 days prior to the event date.
Q: Is a deposit required to hold a date?
A: ​ Yes. Deposits for wedding packages are 30%. For all other bookings the deposit is 50%.
Q: When is the balance due?

A: For weddings, the balance is due 30 days before the event. For all other booking the balance is due on the day of the event
